Quality is super.

Value:
It is a bargain. There are some that cost more, but they are not as good. Shubb is the best.

Sound:
Does not take away from the sound of the guitar. That makes it the best.

Ease of Use:
doesn't mess up tuning. It is easy to use.

Support:
I emailed them to ask about various models, etc. and got a very helpful response the same day from Shubb himself. You can't beat that.

Overall:
It seems like it will last forever, but I have bought three of them, just so that I always have one handy.
