Snare Reverb Without Using Snare Track

Recording Tip:
right, so you have your bass drum channel up, your toms, hi hats, and your overheads and snare. sometimes, i have plenty of snare in my overheads, and its exactly how i need it to sound. so how do you add reverb to the snare without sending the overheads to your auxilery busses?

simple.

dont assign your snare channel to any output bus, but use your pre fader aux send and patch your reverb to this. now you can use your overheads for the snare sound, but have only the snare drum excite the reverb.

quite a simple trick, thought id post it up:-0
