Equipment Description and Setup:
Guitars: Epiphone Les Paul Custom, Old 70's Epiphone 1802, Old
70's Epiphone Texan. I guess he likes Epiphones.
Effects: Dunlop Crybaby Wah, Boss MT-2, Boss BD-2, Danelectro
Cool Cat Chorus.
Amps: Peavey Heritage 130 (old peavey tube amp with 2X12's and
a phaser and a great reverb, 130 watts!) and a Kustom 150 (great
solid-state amp with the vibrato/tremolo and 150!!! watts)
Techniques: First, use an un-scooped sound with a decent amount
bass for some kick. Alternate picking is a must with a lot of
precise bends. Pinch harmonics and the wah pedal are often
employed to get more textures and sounds out of a guitar.
