Equipment Description and Setup:
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Solo Head
Gibson Les Paul Special Duncan Seth Lover pu
Mosrite Stereo 350
Vox Thomas Organ 2x12 Mojo Tone Spkrs
4x12 Marshall W alnico magnet spkrs

The set up using the vox cab sounds great. I make my Dual Rectifier into 50 watts by removing the two outside power tubes and 1 of the rectifiers It purrs at 50 watts W the vox cab but it sounds better at 100 through the Marshall. There are a lot of tricks you can do with the Mesa Boogies, but probably too much. If you dont have a manual, get one online.

cool crunch setting:
@ 50 Watts red ch modern setting, tube rectifier, bold- or silicon diodes and spongy setting. master 5; presence 4; bass 6; mid 1; treb 5.5; gain 6 this gives you that sweet marshall/boogie tone pure boogie blues: 50 watts vintage channel orange, spongy, tube rectifier master 4; presence 6; bass 5; mid 6; treb 1; gain 6-9
