Orgy 'Blue monday' sound
Devices Used:
1) Basic old amp
to
2) Boss Hyper Fuzz pedal
to
3) Any wah pedal
to
4) single coiled guitar (preferably Fender) set to rear pickup, tuned down a whole step on strings 1-5 and lower E string down 2 whole steps.
Settings:
1) Turn the mode dial to Fuzz 1
2) Turn level dial till it's about 11 o' clock forbest results
3) crank that orgy cover on the frets 9,4,6 then 11,4,6 with middle finger on all lower 3 strings
4) for the synth parts play with the wah untill it sounds right (all wah sound slightly off...)
