Nirvana-A deeper Teen Spirit sound

I have a Fender Strat, Crate amp with four 12 inch speakers, Boss DS-1 distortion pedal, and Electro Harmonix Small Clone Chorus pedal.
Sound Description:
This will give you a deeper, more "low" Smells Like Teen Spirit sound. Also, turn the tone knobs all the way down on your guitar or it wont sound right, and put your pickup switch all the way up. if you want a better "come as you are" sound, turn your tone knobs all the way down and leave your pickup switch all the way down.
Settings:
Ok, I'm only 13 so this was a little hard to figure out cuz i havent even had the pedal long.
TONE---around 8 or 9 o'clock
LEVEL---a little bit below halfway
DISTORTION---ALL tha way

Early Metallica sound

A metal crunch, similar to that of Early Metallica albums and Silverchairs frogstomp
Settings:
Scoop the mids off on the amp and put everything else on full.
On the DS-1:

Double Distortion

I use a Fender Frontman 25R. And the Boss DS-1 Distortion pedal

It puts out a lot of distortion. sounds like like tony iommi but with all feedback
Settings:
My amp is on overdrive , gain 10, volume almost 1, Treb. 10 Mid 10 low 10
no reverb
the pedal is @ tone 2 oclock distortion max tone 2 oclock
