All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through the shopping cart on a secure server, protecting all your credit information. Upon purchase a copy of the invoice will be sent to your designated email account with all costs and an assigned invoice tracking number to follow your order. The shopping cart works through cookie technology. Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies for cart to function properly. Netscape version 3.0 or Gold does not comply with the most recent secure certificate issuing organizations. It is possible you may get an alert concerning certificate being outdated. Not true. At the first level from any of the product pages, add the items to the "Current Selection" list. When all the selections are made click "Add To Secure Shopping Cart". At that point you can change quantities, or delete items with the "Change Selection" button. You may continue shopping from other catalog product pages. When you are ready to check out you may click "Show Contents Of Cart" to make any alterations before the final stage of ordering. You may click "Check Out" directly from any product page once items desired are added to cart. Before "Check Out" is clicked applicable state sales tax and shipping must be selected. If you are a native Ohio you are required to pay the State Sales Tax - currently 6.25%. If applicable choose that option in the Tax Category Pull Down List. If applicable choose the proper option in the Delivery Pull Down List. Currently product prices are for local delivery. The entire cart script is protected on the secure server so that all your information will be encrypted to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Rest assured that your information will reach us safely, securely, and privately.

No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
