Sites are designed with search engine ranking in mind. Up front you will have current meta code in which we go well beyond what is typical. Techniques are applied to help ranking without using tricks that may penalize your search engine positioning.
A comprehensive site administration is setup for you at two password protected levels. Level I / Staff level for product, shopping cart and lower security application administration. Level II for more sensitive / critical applications that you may not want your staff to access. Provided are comprehensive help menus to get you started. The content manager gives you the control over extensive site global settings as well as content for main site landing pages. Extensive cart controls and new settings added regularly to maintain site performance.
All contact and form data is written to MySQL and csv databases which can be downloaded from site administration and imported to any standard database applications, ie: MS Access, Excel etc. Databases can be downloaded for backup purposes in MySQL format for easy and quick restoration. Contact form submission list module has been developed to easily review all contact submissions in case email server failure. Accessible from your site administration.
Wholesale / Members area. Application that provides membership area sign up, access and monitoring of password protected area. Upon visitor sign up for either free or pay access you approve or deny access from your site administration or they may have instant access. Notifications are sent either way. Contact information is databased. The members email addresses are automatically added to an independent opt-in mailing script to notify your members only. The upgraded/licensed version of application if required monitors access for users and at a given limit of accesses for different IP addresses. If an applicant passes out the ID / Password to your membership area the script will quickly notice various user locations using the same ID and Password, then close that user's account automatically.
FAQ Q & A and Customer Testimonies administration. FAQs can be posted on Order Faq page or anywhere within domain. Customer Testimonies can be posted in complete or randomly posted anywhere or throughout domain.
Floating ad popup is a standard standard install. The advantage is that you can bring attention to a product, update etc. and not be effected by popup blockers. With a full administration you can post or suspend your ads with the ability to alter colors of text, links, background and borders. Upload an image if you like, size your popup and choose position. Full color reference guide. Set time to delay in seconds. Maintenance scripts purge out dated images automatically to keep your web space trim.
News Portal and Gallery. Easily manage your news and galleries categories with complete control over all aspects such as content providers etc. Post polls and affiliate partners. You can add and remove categories, users and post updates with images. Utility scripts run monthly to move all images no longer posted to the trash / recycle directory where they remain for a 30 day grace period until completely removed from server. Similar to the shopping cart image maintenance applications. This keeps your web space trim by removing all those unnecessary images no longer associated with your posts and galleries automatically. Now supports RSS / XML data feed for bloggers.
Testimonies / "What Customer's Say" module. Visitors may submit a testimony and pending your approval from the testimony administration they will be posted. Submission application has flood control to hinder spamming and human verification. Testimonies are or can be presented randomly throughout site and on their on dedicated testimony page(s). Testimony content can be searched/queried.
Guestbook scripting that can easily edit or delete any public posts from your site administration. Now with flood control and human verification.
Opt-in email application to notify visitors of updates and specials or even sending news letters in html. Subscribers may subscribe and unsubscribe at any time. Notifications are sent to subscribers upon either action. You may also add email addresses to the opt-in list within the administration without notifying the subscriber.
Optional Calendar of events which posts a monthly calendar scheme it which events are posted to a pop up window from associated links from the date on calendar. This is easily administered from the site administration.
Custom error pages.
Right click disabled to either a standard copyright java alert notification or complex site navigation menu. Right click alert now only posts when right clicking over images. This allows visitors to right click for form entry and other actions but hindering the download of your site images.
Anti-spam / copyright protection scripting which monitors all user agents (software applications) that visit your site. If the application is of a web development application, ie: Front Page, Wget etc., it blocks the application from opening site content and forwards to a copyright notification page to help prevent web capture and copy piracy. If the application is of a email capture / harvesting nature, they are blocked from site and sent to warning notification page. The page contains a very very large database of bad email addresses to corrupt the spammer's application database then forwards them to yahoo. The script will notify you with each occurrence supplying you with the application name, IP address, remote host, remote port, referring url, date and time.
Optional Anti-Leech scripting to protect site and product image and flash files from being posted/linked from other domains which helps protect your copyright and saves your bandwidth. There will be a remote directory where you can use for banner ads and photos that you choose to be able to post remotely on other sites.
These are applied as a standard to all commercial sites in addition to shopping cart installations if needed. Additional applications or variations to existing are certainly available upon request. Our sites are designed to be installed quickly with management controls accessible by owner for updates.
